In 2017, I started roasting coffee out of a simple passion for quality and craft. What began as a hobby became a decade-long pursuit of learning the roasting process to highlight the unique characteristics in coffee.

Koinonia is a Greek word for deep fellowship, meaningful community and a shared bond. My dearest friendships have been formed around a shared table and a cup of coffee. My prayer is that every batch roasted helps create moments of connection that lead to Koinonia.
